With cold and flu season rearing its ugly head every Fall, it becomes very important for us to maintain the health of our lungs at this time. This week Master Yu demonstrates Qigong for balancing the lungs in the Autumn season using the Wu Dang Mountain Five Element Qigong and the Emei Mountain Sacred Healing Sounds. These methods, combined with regular practice and a healthy lifestyle will increase immunity and prevent illness.
